To make an advising appointment:
Click on the STOP button to stop the animation.Enter your name, email
address and phone number (in case I need to contact you) in the
boxes below.Select an empty appointment slot below, and check its associated box.Click the nearest
Submit Appointment button!If you need to erase an appointment you made earlier, just
register again for that same slot, but use the word
empty in all three boxes and press the submit button.
