This is a mechanism for completely anonymous feedback to the chair of Computer Science, Joseph O'Rourke, on any topic whatsoever. I especially encourage comments on any topic related to the department's performance, suggestions on how we might improve instruction, facilities, activities, revise the curriculum, whatever.

The Web access password is just to protect against bots. It is technically impossible for me to know who clicks on the submit button. Of course, you are free to sign your comment if anonymity is not important. Whatever you write below will be emailed to my orourke@cs.smith.edu account.
